Booking a trip:
By booking one of our trips, you in fact accept the terms detailed below. To book a trip for you, we require a payment equivalent:
A 30 % (thirty percent) deposit is required to secure your reservation and the final payment for the total package tour or the services (70%: seventy percent) must be full received by International Travel at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to client's arrival in the destination country or starting date of the tour
Payment for the holiday:
1. Payment by cash or swift/telegraphic transfer:
Except as otherwise agreed by international travel Co,ltd , Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate international Travel bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending banks (and mediate banks) relating to transfers to international Travel must be paid by the Client/Agent.

Note: After your payment telegraphic transfer is done, please fax the receipt of the payment provided by the bank to us at: (+84 4) 563-9750 , or scan the receipt and email it to us.
2. By credit card:
The client's payment can be also executed by credit cards. The clients are required to fill out the payment guarantee form/credit card authorization form provided by us, and then fax it to us or scan and email it to us. We only accept payment by Visa Card and Master card.
Note: Payment by credit card: the client will have to pay the additional 3% of credit card transaction fee charged by the bank (Asia Commercial Bank, Vietnam).
If you cancel your booking:
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation made within 14 to 7 days before arrival in Low Season or 30 to 14 days before arrival in High/Peak Season at the hotel is subject to 50% of all payments.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation made within 3 days in Low Season or 10 days in High/Peak Season before arrival at the hotel is subject to 100% of all payments.
No Refund will be made if:
- The cancellation is done within 3 days prior arrival (Low Season) and 10 days at a Peak/High Season.
- No Show.
- a booking should be only partly utilized
- Breakfast and/or other added values are not taken
- Transfers between airport and hotel and/or other services booked are not utilized
Insurance
Travelers should check with their insurer that they have sufficient coverage (cancellation fees, luggage loss or damage, repatriation?), in particular with respect to search and rescue assistance. Coverage should amount to no less than USD 4,400. Upon your arrival, please provide your tour leader with your insurance details (name of your insurance company, emergency phone numbers, etc.)
Liability
Internationaltravel.Co, Ltd acts as intermediary between the concerned hotels, resorts, tour operator, local travel Agents, airlines, transports operators and local tourist offices providing the services.
Internationaltravel.Co, Ltd is therefore not responsible for any lost, injuries or damages sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions
and unrest must be borne by the customers. Prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of confirmation and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the stay.
