DAY 1: SIEM REAP
Morning, we visit Angkor Thom, This Royal city was first built under the reign of Udayadityavarman IIin the 11th Century. Drive through the South Gate and visit Bayon Temple, this temple mountain, built by Jayavarman VII, is situated in the centre of the city of Angkor Thom. Continue to visit Elephant Terrace & Terrace of Leper King, at the North of the Baphuon lies the Royal city, of which very little
remains. The first owes its name to the outstanding depiction of elephants, while the second gets itsname from the magnificent sculpture of King Yasovarman, popularly known as the Leper King. Before returning town, we stop at Preah Khan temple. In the afternoon, we head to visit magnificent Angkor Wat to view its architecture and bas reliefs. This temple is the largest religious buildings ever

DAY 2: SIEM REAP (B)
Breakfast. We enjoy an early morning visit to Angkor Wat to watch sunrise, before continuing north to visit the elegant temple of Banteay Srei and well-preserved Banteay Samre. Banteay Srei built by
a Brahman in the 10th Century, this temple was dedicated to Shiva. The famous pink sandstone structure bears a series of beautiful sculptures, lintels, pediments and friezes. These it is said must have been carved by women as the detail is too fine for the hands of a man. This gives us the origin of the Khmer name, Fortress ofthe Women.
